We hire when we have the work, and we ramp gradually so each new joiner has time to absorb how we operate before being put on a client engagement.

How we hire

Our hiring process is a short structured conversation followed by a paid trial day on a representative piece of work. We do not run timed coding challenges or whiteboard exercises. Decisions are made within two weeks of first contact.

Senior Platform Engineer

Lisbon or remote (EU) · Permanent, full-time · Senior (5+ years)

Join the platform engineering team building the behavioural-analytics layer. We work in Python and TypeScript on AWS infrastructure; you should be comfortable in both.

Customer Success Manager (DACH)

Berlin · Permanent, full-time · Mid-senior

Lead customer relationships across the German-speaking market. Native or near-native German required; security industry experience strongly preferred.

Content Producer (Multilingual)

Join the content team producing simulation and curriculum content. We are hiring across our supported languages with an immediate need for Italian and Dutch native producers.

Senior Security Engineer

Join the security team supporting the platform's security posture and customer security questionnaires. Strong SaaS-security background expected.
