Behavioural analytics

Most awareness platforms produce reports. TrendTech produces instrumentation. The difference matters: an instrumentation layer is updated continuously, supports drill-down across arbitrary cohorts, and can be queried by your security data team in the same way they query any other security signal.

We expose behavioural signals through the platform UI for security managers and executives, and through an API for clients with their own analytics tooling. Standard signals include click-rate (per campaign and aggregated), reporting-rate, time-to-report, repeat-clicker tracking, and engagement-quality scores. Custom signals are configurable per tenant.

Cohort segmentation defaults to role and department, derived from your identity provider. Custom cohorts — risk-segment, location, business unit, tenure band — are configurable without engineering involvement.

The analytics layer is the foundation for the adaptive learning paths, the certification engine, and the executive reporting. It is also available standalone to clients who want to bring their own training content.

Engagement model

Standard SaaS contract on annual or multi-year terms. Implementation typically takes 4-6 weeks including identity-provider integration and tenant configuration. We assign a named customer-success contact for the first six months.
